Enquiries and quotations

We collect the name, email address, property size, postcode, service choice and cleaning requirements you provide. We use these details to answer your enquiry and take steps towards providing a cleaning service at your request. Where relevant, we also use correspondence to manage an existing service. Our lawful basis is taking steps before entering a contract, or performing that contract. General business enquiries are handled on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

The form sends your enquiry to our company mailbox through IONOS. A successful form response means the mail server accepted the message; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. If sending fails or cannot be confirmed, the form tells you and provides alternative contact methods. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information or access codes.

Customer reviews

We store the display name, star rating and comments you submit. Your permission to publish is required. We review submissions before publication and use consent as the basis for publishing your review. Approved reviews and your chosen display name are visible to anyone visiting the site. You may withdraw permission by emailing us; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier publication. Do not include private contact details or information about other people in a review.

Website security and cookies

Our hosting provider processes technical connection and diagnostic information, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the website. Our legitimate interest is keeping the website secure and reliable. The website does not currently include advertising trackers or visitor analytics. A strictly necessary session cookie is used for the private owner dashboard and lasts up to eight hours. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers and external links

Render hosts the website and its review database; IONOS provides our domain and company email. Authorised service providers process information needed to provide their services. If you choose Koalendar, WhatsApp, Facebook or LinkedIn, you use a separate service governed by its own privacy notice. Our website links to these services and does not embed their booking or social-media widgets.

Our website service is hosted in Frankfurt. Email delivery, provider support and external services may involve processing in other countries. The applicable provider terms explain their locations and safeguards for international transfers. See Render’s privacy notice and IONOS’s privacy notice.

How long information is kept

Retention depends on the purpose of the record. Enquiries are kept while we respond, prepare a quotation and handle related follow-up. Booking correspondence may need to be kept longer to administer the service, meet record-keeping obligations or resolve a dispute. Reviews remain in the website database while awaiting moderation or while publication is authorised; rejected submissions are not shown publicly. Contact us to request removal of a review. Technical security records and backups follow the relevant service provider’s retention arrangements. We assess continued need when handling a removal request or reviewing records, rather than using enquiries for unrelated purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, object where we rely on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy where applicable. These rights depend on the circumstances. You can withdraw consent to publication of a review at any time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Providing information is voluntary. Without the required enquiry details, we may be unable to provide a useful quotation. We do not use this website to make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
